Tom, I guess you may have heard what happened to the lovely new Terrain last Friday - broadsided! It is now in your collision department getting new doors. Please express my thanks to Jim and Bruce for their kindness and help. They made a horrible day a little easier to take. Also your Dad and Terry were most kind. You have a great staff. Also I forgot to tell you that the accident reporting form was a HUGE help as I was so shaken up. It ensured that I had all the information for the insurance company and also used the ONSTAR to get the police. the other driver was just going to get the insurance info and leave. Needless to say I picked up another accident reporting kit when I brought the car in.

Hi Tom, I’d like to thank you and your staff for an unforgettable wonderful experience at your dealership. I needed to purchase new wiper blades for my 2009 Malibu and discovered that they could only be purchased at a dealership. Not only was the gentleman that help me courteous and knowledgeable , he offered to put them on my car, as I am mechanically challenged. Great experience number two came when I spoke with Bruce in your body shop. My left rear bumper had few scratches and I asked Bruce if he would be able to fix the problem. He said it would be no problem and that it wouldn’t take long to do. I brought the car back the next morning and left it with Bruce. I returned a few hours later and the damage had been polished out to perfection. Your dealership has gained a customer for life as a result of the professional and courteous service I received for you staff. Keep up the good work. Thanks.

I would take my vehicle in for service, only to leave with more problems than I went in with....take a look at the history using the VIN # and see for yourself.Other organizations have a lot to lear from Wills! They get the job done right the first time! That is what customer service is all about.

I had to drop my vehicle off after service was closed on the Saturday but was called soon after they had looked at my vehicle on the Monday morning. When I found out I needed a lower intake manifold gasket replacement, I was shocked, as I expected my problem to be a water pump at most. Jim and Joe made what could have been a very unpleasant experience seem much better with their positive attitude and assistance.

We use Wills because we were not always satisfied with the dealer's service where we actually bought the cars. We own 2, 2007 Impalas. The service people at Wills are always courteous and friendly, even if we are just in for an oil change. I intend to buy my next GM there, likely a pick up, when the time comes.

I really was very happy with the shuttle service that brought me from the dealership and back home and back to the dealership when my vehicle was ready. The driver was courteous and safe.

Driving my husband to hospital in Burlington for a pre-op appointment our car died in bitterly cold weather. The tow truck dispatch told us they were 45 minutes away. That translates into risk time for two elderly people waiting in a dead car in sub-zero temperatures. Cell phone on ‘low battery’ I called the Wills dealership and they put me on to Eric who said he would find us in his shuttle and we could wait in the warm vehicle. Eric arrived in good time and the trick was to get me safely out of the driver’s side and into the shuttle. Eric flattened himself our car and judged the right moment to open the door so I could get out with 16-wheelers roaring mere inches away. We were comfortable with Eric for an additional 25 minutes before the tow truck arrived. He handled everything with the operator before taking us to Wills. A courtesy vehicle was arranged, we were kept up to speed as to the problem, service time and told when the car was ready.
We just thought you should know how satisfied and confident we feel about doing business with Wills.
